All About Me

The purpose of this simple webquest is to discover the history behind who you are:  where your family is from, the meaning of your name, and traditions that you have that you will pass on to your children.  This webquest is designed to be a springboard to understand how to do research projects more effectively throughout your academic career.  Have fun:)

Throughout this unit your task is to dive into the wonderful person you are becoming.

Make sure that you take meticulous notes so that you can remember how to do this project.  I would recommend working with a partner to help guide you to finding accurate information and to check your work that you are doing for reliability.  

Note:  As you complete this project, please do not forget to share what you have learned with your family.

I hope you have learned a little bit more about you so that when you are a grandparent you can share with them something about the history of who they are and where they are going.  In the process, I hope you also learned how to research using the Internet in a safe way.
