Today we will be traveling around the globe to learn about volcanoes. Through this journey you will discover the many different types of volcanoes, you will find out that volcanoes have different eruption styles and learn how to identify the parts of a volcano.

Are you ready to go on a very dangerous, but exciting mission? You are probably wondering what you will be doing.

This is your mission, should you choose to accept it. You will be gathering important background data on volcanoes, to identify the different types of volcanoes and the types of volcano explosions.

 

On the next section you will need a pen and piece of paper. You will be learning information about different types of volcanoes and be tested on the information you are reading. The paper you answer these questions on WILL be turned in for a grade.

Did you know there are actually several different types of Volcanoes? Volcanoes are found all over the world. All volcanoes are unique and have its own characteristics. You will be answering 10 questions below- each worth 10 points. Write your answers on a sheet of paper to be turned into your teacher.
