Introduction

Gymnastics will be able to develop skillful, confident and knowledgeable performers by emphasizing fun, fitness and fundamentals through a variety of teaching styles.

Students will participate in a number of interesting and challenging activities that will promote thinking and problem solving.

Many of the activities will be in a partner or group environment to encourage group cohesion and communication skills.
