Introduction

Listening is an ability to receive and interpret messages in the communication process and is a key to all effective communication.

I. Aims: By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:

-          Develop their skill of listening for specific information and listening for general information.

-          Talk about the disadvantages of over-reading.

II. Teaching aids: textbooks, projector, lesson plan, handouts, pictures, tape.

Do the vocabulary activity below before you listen.
