There are three different level, each level has different type of clouds. The low clouds appear to be less than 6,500 feet, mid-level cloud appear to be around 6,500 to 23,000 feet, and high clouds appear to be around 16,500 to 45,000 feet.

Task

Students will be separated into group. They will create a powerpoint and use the clouds that are assigned to their group their powerpoint:

  1. Cirrus
  2. Cirrostratus
  3. Cirrocumulus

The powerpoint must be creative. One cloud per slide with at least three facts per slide. Must include sources. Students will have to present in a group.

Process

Each group will need to determine if their clouds are low clouds, mid- level clouds, and high clouds. Each group is also responsible for predicting what weather each cloud brings.

Group 1: Will be responsible for using cirrus, altocumulus, cumulus, and stratocumulus.

Group 2: Will be responsible for using cirrostratus, altostratus, and stratus.

Presentation Speaker was not familiar with his/her presentation.  Speaker had to rely on his/her group member to explain their part. Speaker knew what they were talking about and received help once or twice from their group Speaker did not read directly off his/ her power point and did not reply on their group.
Creativity Does not such much effort into the project or other members of the group has completed their part. The project reflects none to some effort but information is missing. The project reflects some  effort and some information is displayed incorrectly. The projects shows effort and information is correct.
Requirements Little to none of the requirements are displayed on the powerpoint. There are about 25% of the requirements on the powerpoint and some sources are not showed. There are about 75% of the requirements on the powerpoint and partially of the sources are showed. 100% of the requirements are on the powerpoint and all of the sources are showed.
