INTRODUCTION
This WebQuest is of the turning points in South African history apartheid. The first turning point is the formation of PAC, this will consider what motivated the leader or founder of that organization to form such party and its role the resisting the apartheid system. secondly the causes and the leaders of the Sharpeville massacre, the law that sparked the event, and the type of demonstrations it was planned to be. The liberation movement was banned and later unbanned due to the heat they brought upon the Apartheid government.

Task
Hello Learners,
Your task is to start reading and answering the questions under the Process. Questions are divided into four parts with subtopics. Once you have completed this part. You will write an essay based on the information we learned in class and through this Webquest, the formation of PAC, causes of the Sharpville massacre, and the consequences of that massacre. Your essay will be marked using the rubric that is assessable to you on the valuation part of this Webquest

As you are writing your essay about the turning points make it a point that you include the General law amendments Act of 1963 and the arrest of MK leaders. Today no records/films of Sobukwe of his voice exist, he is the only one who has been the subject of the special statute. His incredible ability to touch the hearts and minds of the oppressed was a threat to the apartheid government
