On this trip, your mission is to practice speaking English in real-life situations like asking for directions, buying items, and ordering food. These are important skills that will help you feel confident in everyday conversations.

 

Task

You will visit a mall (or a similar location or create a simulation at home with your family). During your trip, you will:

  1. Ask for directions to a specific location.
  2. Practice shopping by asking for an item and interacting with a salesperson.
  3. Order a snack or drink from a café or food court.
  4. Engage in a casual conversation if possible.

After the trip, you will reflect on your experience and share what you learned with the class.

    • Use your English skills to complete the tasks:
      • Ask for directions.
      • Interact with a salesperson.
      • Order food or a drink.
      • Start a brief casual conversation, if comfortable.

    • Reflect on your experience by answering these questions:
