Introduction
Today we will get you started on one of the basics of football... Throwing the Football!!!
Task
You will learn how to properly throw a football and be in a proper stance.
Dont forget to have FUN!!!
Process
1.When throwing a football make sure you have a proper stance.
2.Aim with opposite hand at target
3. Hold football above head were arm is at 90 degrees and fingers are placed on the laces.
4.Pull back aiming arm and throw football to target
Or
1. Wipe the windsheild
2. Elbow your brother or sister
3. Flick the booger

Im looking for the simple rules you got to follow for throwing the football successfully.

2. Proper form
3. Proper throw
Conclusion
In conclusion you can make yourself great with the rules given to you and with alot of practice you can have a perfect stance, the perfect form, and the pefect throws just like the pros!!!
