Introduction
Use this WebQuest to start reflecting upon your future. Don't be afraid of not being completely sure of what you are going to do after High School. There are quite a lot of options and opportunities which we will discuss and analyse.

Task
By the end of the WebQuest you will have to create an infographic in Piktochart which shows everything you have learnt along these classes, the different options teenagers have when they finish high school, your personal viewpoints regarding each possibility and you will also have to add pictures to accompany the text. The infographics will be shared with other students in the school in order to help them have a clearer idea of what is waiting for them out there after the fifth course.
Process
Activity 1:
Discuss the following questions in groups of 3 or 4 students. The questions relate to work, study, money, free time activities, among others.

What type of job would you like to do in the future?

How much money do you want to earn?

Is there any knowledge you want to acquire in particular?

What information and skills will you need to have in order to achieve your goals?

What are you going to do after high school?

Do you have any plans for your future?

How do you imagine your life in 2 / 5 years?

What do you hope to do in your life?

What is your lifetime dream?
Activity 2:
Use a photo editor, such as Photo Editor, PicsArt, Collage Maker, and create a collage to show the activities you like doing in your free time and what you would like to do in the near future. You can think of pictures which depict sports, tertiary and university studies or you can use words or symbols which represent your interests. Then, share the collages in WhatsApp and discuss them.
Activity 3:
Choose one of these articles, read it and design a conceptual map in CmapTools which shows the most important ideas of the text you have read. Be ready to share with the classroom your map and expose the key ideas of your text.
Activity 4:
What the video “What Should I Do With My LIFE - How to Find Your Passion” and think of how it relates to the topic of the class. Go back to the collage you created last class and reflect upon the pictures you’ve selected. Is there anything you would like to change after everything we have already discussed?
Evaluation
Create an infographic in Piktochart which shows everything you have learnt in these classes. The title should be “What to do after high school?” and it should contain:

Your personal viewpoints regarding each possibility,

Pictures accompanying the text.
Conclusion
After working on all these activities, you must have gained a better understanding of some of the options you will have when you finish High School. Think about them, take decisions based on what you want for your future and what makes you happy.
