Consider your customers' situation and make the best plan for them. Put yourself in their shoes and think

<Group A>

-Situation: Graduation trip for university students

-10 university students

-Interests: shopping, extreme activities, foods, drinking, dancing, and local culture

 

<Group B>

-Situation: Family trip

-Parents in their 40s and their teenage child

-Interests: sightseeing, historical sites, museums, shopping, summer activities, foods, and local culture

 

<Group C>

-Situation: The senior couples’ trip

-5 couples of old people in their 60s

-Interests: relaxing, local markets, foods, massages, attractions, and local culture

Process

1.  Consider your situation and discuss the plan using the mindmap.

You need to include timetables, places(at least two), transportation, restaurants, accommodation, and entertainments using the worksheet on the discussion board. 

 

2. Go to "Resources" in order to find the information you need. (You can use the websites associated with the two websites mentioned in the Resources.)

 

3. Gather the information and make a plan using the worksheet.
