Welcome to Pellissippi State Community College. Your task here is to learn how to navigate through our website to find resources that are available to make your time with us positive and successful.

Task

By the end of this WebQuest you will be able to confidently navigate through different areas or the PSTCC website.  You will be able to access learning resources, technical help, and information regarding student life. Hopefully, you will be able to use this information to help others as well. 

Process

1) Pretend you are an international student from Germany. Please go the PSTCC website and find out what resources are available for you to make your transition easier.   List 3 objectives of the peer mentoring program for international students. When in doubt on what page to visit, you can use the search bar. Just type in keywords that are relevant to your search. 

2) Your professor has given you an assignment that will require software that you have never used before.  What PSTCC resource can you use to get help?  Where are they located on campus and what is their contact information?

3)  You are over 25 years old which makes you an adult learner. Go to the PSTCC webpage for adult learners and do some research on the resources available to you. Please list what kind of special programs and financial aid are available to you. List a minimum of 3.
