Zizo is a keen, young swimwear designer, situated in Grahamstown. She sells affordable swimwear suits. She also has a degree in business management. The demand for her products has increased so much that she opened new branches in Jeffreys Bay an East London.
Go-Simply Boutique that sold designer swimwear in Port Elizabeth has closed both their branches.
The municipality has introduces stage 2 load shedding throughout the province and regular increase in the fuel price have soared transportation costs between branches.
Zizo has employed Sam, a new cashier with no experience. Sam treats customers unprofessionally.
You are going to compile a SWOT analysis for Zizo to determine the viability of ZSD business.

Conclusion
You must remember that SWOT analysis is created to determine the viability of the business, for the owner to rectify where it needs to be adjusted in their business, the opportunities that they can get and the threats that they can or will receive.
Strengths and Weaknesses are the internal factors that affect your business and you as the owner have full control over them.
Opportunities and Threats are external factors that affect the business and the owner limited to no control over them.
