To get ready you need to do is write down what you commonly eat and find out the calorie of the food what have you been eating. This information can be useful and can be easy for your diet. Make sure that you measure this accurately, if not it can result in not losing any of your big fat weight. If you done measuring this and finding out this information, then you are ready to change your shape and impress your girlfriend!

PROCESS OF LOSING WEIGHT!
The process of losing weight is the most hardest and difficult stuff about losing your big fat weight, but don't give up it is still possible to lose the weight. Firstly like I told you in the task, you must find out the calorie of your food, if it is over 500 calorie, you mustn't eat that kind of food because it can result being more fat than losing your weight. Secondly go to the local gym (close to your house), and start using the running machines in the gym, run at least 30-40 minutes to get your body in good condition. Thirdly if you hate or scared running machines you can try the bikes in the gym, it might be harder than the running machine but it is less scarier than the runiing machine you may have to do this for at least 40-50 mintues. Fourthly if you don't have any muscles you can try the pulldown in the gym also try the dumbells, I would recommend starting at 5 kg for the first time and then increasing to 10 kg when you think that you have done enough, do the dumbells about 20-30 times a day. Fifthly if you like high calorie foods you must endure from eating it even though you love to eat them, so idea is that you must not eat high fat and high calorie foods, otherwise you will get fat than getting thin. Always remember that being fat is easy but losing weight is like chasing and running for your girlfriend, this is very hard like that. Now I will recommend what you should do now, try to eat salad because most of the vegtables don't have oil and fats, but you don't really like vegtables, try eating the chicken breasts, chicken breasts doesn't have any fat so after you do the exercises and you eat chicken breasts you can get the muscles easier while you don't get any saturated and bad fats to your body. So try your best not to eat your favorite high calorie, fat foods because it is bad for your body and it can result in a very fat condition in your body.
