Hello students! I need your help! Researchers have been studying the earth and the seasons for a long time but they need help. Today you will be using online resources to determine how the Sun and the positioning of Earth changes the seasons. As a fellow researcher I am counting on you!
Task
Using the resources available I want you to make a table with images that represents the positioning of the sun and earth and what season corresponds with them. Then in the table I want a brief explanation as to why that positioning makes the climate where we live at that time that season.
Process
Plan: Make a table with 4 rows and 3 columns and label each row after one of the 4 seasons. Then after insert an image of the positioning of the earth and sun during that season into the second column. In the third column write a 2-3 sentence explanation of why the sun being in that position makes it that season.
Do: Use the links provided to understand why the seasons occur when they do and cite whichever source you use.
Review: In the final column write a few sentences that explains what you learned about each season and describe why the image relates to it. After you are done with that please submit a digital copy of your assignment on canvas.
