Hello students

Today we will be working on our perception of Sub-Sahara Africa. Through this module, we will go on a virtual tour of a musem in Sub-Sahara Africa and work towards finding artifacts that will inspire us to dig deep into the wonders that Africa holds. When finding artifacts in museums, you will make notations on each artifact. So, students get ready to embrace the beauty that awaits in Sub-Sahara Africa.

Task

Your assignment is to create a PowerPoint presentation over the different artifacts you have found. Each artifact that you choose, you will need to do research over it. Throughout the research you will need to cite your sources over what you found. You will also need to write a short paragraph over each artifact. You will need a total of 6 artifact to complete the Power-point Presentation. Your last slide should include your websites you used to provide information over the artifacts of choice.

Process
  1. The students will be broken into groups to 6 in which they will agree on roles with the teacher there to help navigate them.
  2. Each student will contribute 2 artifacts they have found that stuck out to them and do research over the artifacts.
