Introduction
Students will be putting together a time capsule. They will be free to open on the next closest Leap year. This project will teach the students what about Leap Years are. Also Teachers could incorporate this into a period of learning the months and days of each year.
Task
Tasks- (with your parents help)
- Choose a small item for your time capsule.
- Shoe box
- Plastic Container

- Plastic sealable folder
- Decorate any way you would like
- Choose 3 personal items that mean something to yourself
- Fill in Free printable Leap Day papers from : My Sisters Closet
Process
- Put time capsule together (Ex. Fill in questionnaire, decorate, etc)
- Put in items (news paper article, favorite toys, dolls, or cars)
- Present to Classmates
- Place them in our secure spot until Leap Day
