Process
Let's Learn Another Language Together

Step #1: Research Your Language
List of Language Families-This website is a great source for information about language families and their characteristics.
CIA World Factbook-The CIA Factbook is a great resource for statistics about countries, languages spoken, and the number of speakers in each country.
Mylanguages.org-This is a good website that will teach you a bit about the grammar and writing systems of different languages and will allow you to hear the language spoken by a native speaker.
Step #2: Answer these Questions
- What are the origins of the language?
- What are the classifications of the language?
- What are the dialects of the language?
- Where is the language spoken?
- How many people speak this language?
- Is the language native to it's location or was it brought via colonization?
Step #3: Take Notes
It will be important for someone in the group to take notes. It does not matter how you decide to organize your notes as long as they throughly answer the above questions. You will also need to locate audio of the spoken language that your team is researching.
Step #4: Present your findings
You will need to create a visual to present the above information. In addition, you will need to create a QR code. Please
