Introduction

Sleeping is essential to live healty.

But many people in modern society can't sleep enough because of their busy daliy life.

If we lack enough sleep, we may suffer from various diseases and they can threat our happy life.

So in this time, we are going to investigate whether we lack enough sleep or not.

and if we do, we will find out solution!

 

Task
  1. Students should understand the meaning and severity of sleep deprivation by watching a given video.

      2.  Students can discern  whether they are sleep deprived or not.

      3.  Stduents can discern whether other students are sleep deprived or not.

      4.  If they are sleep deprivation, they can anaylze the reasons and suggest the reasonable solution.

Process

2. record your bed time, wake-up time and sleep time in a week

3. tabulate them so that you can grasp them easily.

4. identify if you are sleep deprivation or not (if so, analyze your own reason and suggest solution  )

5. share you tabulation with your classmate on Google Docs.

6. post the feedback to evaluate their analysis, including  to suggest solution

Evaluation

1. Did students make their own tabluation which include bed time, wake-up time and sleep time in a week?

2.  Did  students analysis whether they are sleep deprivation or not and if so, analyze the reason and suggest solution?

3.  Did students give feedback to other sudents on Google Docs appropriately?

Conclusion

Students can have a chance to be interested in problem related in their daily life in this activity throughout the topic 'sleep'

Also they can improve ability to organize the data they have collected by themselves.

They can analyze their current condition and consider the solution to make their life better.

Lastly they are able to enhance the skill to analyze other's posting comparing with theirs.
