Introduction
Welcome to the United States of America. You have had quite the journey coming from another country. You have seen many things, both good and bad. Your family sent you over, saved up all of their hard earned money so you could come to Colonial America. They can't afford for the rest of the family to come over just yet, so they need you to discover which colony is going to be best for them. Which colony will be the one with the most opportunities, be worth getting out and packing up all of their belongings for, leaving their whole lives behind, and traveling far for?

You have heard about and explored the different areas of colonies-New England colonies, Middle colonies, and the Southern colonies. But, you want to be 100% sure of the colony that your family will choose to settle in. You need to explore the different colonies-taking into consideration the economy, jobs, food available, conditions of the land, and the lay of the land-the shelter. You are responsible for choosing the colony that will suit them best-based on their occupation/role-Quaker, tradesman, and indentured servants. Once you do your research of the colonies, you are going to individually create a Discussion Web, to determine the pros and cons of why that colony would be best for your family. You will then present your findings to the rest of your group and collaboratively come to a consensus of which colony would be best for your family. Once you reach a consensus you will write a letter home to your family, showcasing the colony you discovered to be best suited for them and why you think they should settle there.
