Introduction
This WebQuest is about learning the characteristics and differences among simple, compound, and complex sentences. Each type of these sentences have their own structure. Knowing the purposes, how they work, and where can they be used can help you become a better writer.
For example, knowing how to make good choices of sentences when teachers assign you to write paragraphs or essays. Too many simple sentences can make a writing look incomplete. Overusing compound sentences would not make a writing look balanced. Lastly, adding too many complex sentences would look too broad. It is important to keep in mind that balancing how much of each sentence you will use in your writing can make it look better and make it easier to read.
