Scientist for a Day

Introduction

In March an Earthquake shook Japan and was followed by a large tsunami. Huge waves and strong winds forced people to run for safety. After the 30-foot wave hit Japan it left a mess all over the area. As scientists began to clean up, they began finding mysterious plants and animals that have not yet been discovered.

With so much clean up to do and so little help, scientists want you to help them identify these new animals and plants. In this Web Quest, you will locate the area that needs cleaning, count the number of new plants and animals, and identify objects into living and non-living things.

Good Luck Junior Scientists!
