Science Advancements

Introduction

There were many scientific advancements in the 20th century. Some were military advancements, some were just for advancing science. Many people were involved in discovering and creating these advancements, but some of the greatest advancements were created by the people working for the Manhattan project and one member, Albert Einstein.

Task

For this webquest you will complete a Venn diagram, timeline and short answer responses to understand the developments in the 20th Century Science movement. Details for each are found below:

1. Create a Venn diagram comparing and contrasting Newton's and Einstein's ideas.

2. Create a timeline of the development of the nuclear bomb.

3. Write 2 - 3 sentences about how scientific advancements in the 21st century advanced warfare.
