Pronouns

Introduction

Hello Students! In this WebQuest, you will learn about pronouns. You will learn about thier correct function in a sentence, their modifiers, and the types of pronouns by completing your task.

Generally (but not always) pronouns stand for (pro + noun) or refer to a noun, an individual or individuals or thing or things (the pronoun's antecedent) whose identity is made clear earlier in the text. Good luck, students!

Task

You are assigned to write 20 sentences using 1 pronoun in each of the sentences. make sure to underline your pronoun and say what it modifies.

Example: After Michael went to band practice, he ate pizza. 

He reffers to Michael.
