The student will research three areas of physical fitness--aerobic fitness,anaerobic fitness,and flexibility. They develop Personal Fitness Goals and use research to develop a Fitness Blog and a Personal Fitness Plan.

Students focus on answering the following research questions to develop their fitness blog.
1. What is the area of fitness?
2. What is the definition of this area of fitness?
3. What is a good exercise for this area of fitness?
4. How do you do this type of exercise?
5. How many calories are burned by doing this exercise?
6. How will this exercise improve health?
