A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Summarization
Amendment 2, States that people all over the world are allowed to have guns. But, must be first licensed to own one first. The Laws state that you may have a gun but you may not be able to use one against the abuse of other people. For, that reason you may be sentenced to life or years in prison for arsenal and the death of a U.S citizen.

The Second Amendment that takes the place of the Columbine are is that people are getting trapped and shot. The columbine is about people who millions of people in one area and shot the people for no even reason.

The U.S. could survive with this by adding more security and when people buy permits for guns they could make sure they won’t abuse the power

I think the U.S would be fine with guns but only to certain people because polices need it and certain people need it for protection but it should be limited.

I think its doing both. Its protecting by adding defense and safety to people when it comes to people getting injured or something done bad by criminals and its also hurting the world by harming people like criminals doing bad stuff and robbing or even killing.
