I selected this WebQuest for 4th-grade students, making it suitable for their level of understanding and engagement.
Due to my conviction that students should grasp how waste affects our environment. Educating children about
recycling and reusing from a young age can foster lifelong habits that are beneficial to our planet. This initiative promotes students’
creativity and teaches them practical methods for making a difference. It is my hope that students will feel a sense of pride ide in their efforts
and empowered to promote awareness of sustainable practices. Keep in mind that tiny deeds can bring about major transformations and
that we all possess the ability to contribute to a cleaner, healthier world!
Structure of the WebQuest:
Introduction – Captivates students by encouraging them to consider the consequences of discarded items and the significance of
recycling.
Task – Students will develop a poster, brief presentation, or digital image to educate others about recycling and reusing.
Learning Objectives (in line with Bloom’s Taxonomy) – Students will retain, comprehend, implement, and generate knowledge
regarding recycling and reuse.

reusing, explore recycling methods, and research community initiatives. Create a project using colorful posters, presentations, or digital
images to make the process interesting.

Assessment – A rubric that evaluates students based on their accuracy, clarity, creativity, and application of knowledge.
