Ratio WebQuest

Introduction

Good afternoon class, today we are going to dive into the deep sea to observe some sea creatures in their natural habitat. We will buckle up in Mrs. Kilgore’s submarine and begin our exploration shortly. The goal of the mission is to find the ratio of a variety of different sea creatures! After we have collected all our data we will report our findings to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation! They will use our findings to further back up their research of the deep sea! Are you ready to begin the mission?

Task

  1. Click on the link under the process tab.

  2. After this, click through each slide on the powerpoint to view the sea creatures. 

  3. For each slide that you view, document the ratio between the two kinds of sea creatures that you see on your ratio graph. 

  4. Once your graph is complete, turn it into the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation basket at the front of the classroom.
