Introduction

As Grade 8 learners this will be your first encounter with the right-angled triangle. You will need to become familiar with this specific triangle and how its calculations work.

Task

Task 1: Work in groups of four and try to find information on the Pythagorean Theorem.

Task 2: Gather information on the procedure of how to calculate when using the Pythagorean Theorem.

Task 3: Read on the relationship between the lengths of the sides of a right-angled triangle.
