PUBLIC SPEAKING?

Introduction

PUBLIC SPEAKING

Most often, public speaking scares most students and only a few are very confident in talking in front of people. Sadly, even English major students are quite scared when it comes to public speaking. It is very important that students develop their ability to speak in public and also to enhance their confidence and their self-esteem.  However, how can the learners confidently deliver their speech in public?

How can a person become a better public speaker?

What is the best way to start and to end a public speech?

How can a public speaker get the rapt attention of the audience?

What are the dos and don’ts before, during, and after a public speech?
