Introduction
How do teachers as well as school administration staff work with EA's to provide the best possible experience?
School administration staff - Their role is to ensure that all students' needs are met by providing availability, making appointments, etc. School admins might request an EA to perform certain tasks. For example, they might get an EA to provide a student with extra help. This way, the school system can run more smoothly.
Teacher - Teachers work very closely with EA's to ensure that a student is getting the best possible learning. This is done by making good relations with others and coming up with plans to help anyone in need.
