Summary: The Police are not allowed to search or seizure someone’s personal home without a warrant. If a police officer were to barge into someone’s home and take and search someone’s belongings without a warrant it wouldn’t be illegal. The 4th amendment allows police officers to enter and search a persons home but, they must first convince a judge—the judicial branch—that there is enough evidence to obtain a search warrant.

1. How was the revolutionary war related to the 4th Amendment?                                                                                                            It relates to the Amendment because any army cannot barge into a house without permission, which happened in the war.

This is a good response because you are stating how the revolutionary war relates to the 4th amendment and why

     2. How was the 4th Amendment created?

The Amendment was created because the soldiers were taking people households during war, and people didn’t like that.

This response is ok but you could’ve added why the soldiers took place in these actions of barging into people’s personal homes or belongings

3. Is the 4th Amendment a good thing?

Yes it is because during war nobody would want to have solider controlling your household

I do agree , although you could’ve added what people would do to prevent this and why.
