Welcome, PPE Policeman! Your job is to protect farmers and landscapers by making sure they wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working in the garden. You will investigate safety hazards, uncover dangers, and teach others how to stay safe.

Your Tasks:

1. Identify the Main Types of PPE

  • List and name the different types of PPE used in gardening, farming, and landscaping.

2. Research How to Use and Maintain PPE Safely

  • Explain how each piece of PPE should be worn correctly.
  • Describe how PPE should be cleaned, stored, and maintained to keep it safe and effective.
  • Include why damaged PPE should be replaced immediately.

3. Investigate Real or Simulated Garden Accidents

  • Investigate accidents that may happen if PPE is not worn.
  • Examples:
    • Cuts from tools
  • Explain how PPE could help prevent these accidents.

4. Create a Safety Poster

  • Design a short and colourful poster showing:
