Introduction
Hello, today I will be sending you on an amazing internet journey. Your journey is based upon finding answers about Roman mythology. The mythology has to do with their history and beliefs, the Romans worshipped gods of nature. My webquest is mainly about those gods. While the Romans had these gods they started to grow tired of them. The Romans then took in Epicureanism and Stoicism.
Task
Your quest will be to answer my seven questions while using the internet. I will now provide you with those questions.
1. What does Aeneas' name mean?
2. What does Cocordia's name mean?
3. What does Bellona's name mean?
4. What does Ceres' name mean?
5. What does Diana's name mean?
6. Why did the Romans become dissatisfied with their religion?
7. What was the function of King Zeus?
Process
You will have to use the sources I gave you in the credits section to answer. Those sources are very helpful and useful. My web quest should be a breeze for you. Although it's not that tough, I'm still educating you on Roman mythology.
Evaluation
I will be grading these questions very critically. I will not be looking for the exact answers from the sources. I want you to try and put it into your own words. I am definitely not grading fro completion, I am grading it and looking for great answers.
Conclusion
All the different gods were a part of this. Their names have very special meanings. It's not only about the names, it's about the religion as well. Their religion never stayed the same. God always stays the same thats why Christianity is the best. Roman gods are very interesting, but they're definitely not role models. I enjoyed this topic and I hope you do too.
