Task
The five components of fitness are: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
Cardiovascular endurance is how efficiently your heart, blood vessels and lungs supply oxygen and blood to working muscles during physical activity for a perlonged period of time more then 90 seconds. It can also reduce the risk of many diseases such as strokes, diabetes and heart disease. Examples: walking, running, cycling, and playing sports.
Muscular strength is the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximal effort. The size of your muscle fibers and the ability of nerves to activate muscle fibers are related to muscle strength. Reduces risk of injury and keeps your body at a healthy weight. Example: lifting dumbbells.
Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time. Reduces the risk of injury. Example: dead lifting with bands as a resistance.
Flexibility is defined as a range of motion of your joints or the ability of your joints moving freely. Also refers to the mobility of your muscles, which allows for more movement around the joints. Prevents the body from injuries through unimpeded, fluid movement. Example: stretching before you workout.
Body composition used to describe the percentage of fat, bone, water, and muscle in the human body. Higher levels of body fat on an athlete can have a detrimental effects like speed, agility and, endurance. Example: BMI test.

Three elements of fitness: running (endurance), playing on money bars(strength), and bending down to tie your shoes(flexibility).
Sedentary Problem: Little to no exercise. Kids are sitting around a lot more then they used to, so limit screen time to get more active.

Body composition is the proportion of lean body mass to body fat; it’s an integral part of health related fitness.
Cardiovascular endurance in my own words is pumping oxygen to your heart and lungs by exercising for an extended period of time without stopping.
Body composition: increases your metabolism.
cardiovascular endurance:strengthen your heart and improve running.
flexibility: stretch body without injuring self
muscular strength: reduce risk to injury
muscular endurance: improve your stamina
BMI:
cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition.
cardio: dancing and swimming
muscular endurance: full squat and sit ups
muscular strength:weight lifting and pull ups
flexibility: yoga and stretching
body composition: overhead lunge and traditional push up
someone who is 5’3 BMI should be 91
