Phases of the Moon

During this WebQuest, you will learn about the phases of the moon, what they look like, and why they occur. You should already have a brief knowledge of what they moon phases are. This WebQuest will lead you to have a deeper knowledge of the topic. 

Your end task for this WebQuest will be to create a Powerpoint or Google Slide over the phases of the moon. You will need to explain the phases with pictures and describe why the phases of the moon occur. 

Process:

1. Get with a partner of your choice

2. Use the Resources listed at the bottom of this section to help you find good information

3. Decide if you are going to use PowerPoint or Google Slides

4. Create a PowerPoint/Google Slide to summarize what you've learned about each phase and why they occur.

5. Present your PowerPoint/Google Slide to the class during presentation day!
