Introduction
--->In this week's English class, we will be spending our lesson time to work through a webquest where we will be creating both informative and visual poster about important people in history who influenced the world with their work.
Learner profile:
-Age: 16-17 /Junior year, highschool
-Level: Intermediate / B1
-Class size: 20 students
-Assigned time: Approximately 80-90 minutes
Task
--->You are expected to create a digital poster that includes both images and information about important people in history.You can use any platform that lets you create a poster with imagery and text on it but Paint, Powerpoint and Canva are recommended websites/programs to use for this task.
--->When you are done with making the posters, in groups of 5, you are going to judge each group member’s poster based on the peer assessment rubric and choose one poster out of five to present it in front of class. Each person in your group should choose one of the people on the poster and prepare to talk about them in front of the class.
--->You will have 30 minutes to create your individual poster and 30 minutes for the peer assessment including choosing of the group’s representative poster and dividing it into parts to present.

---> When you are making the poster make sure you take these in consideration;
>Text parts should be written in simple past tense mixed with past perfect tense and need to be rewritten with your own words.
>Add exactly five people who have made a positive impact in the world and considered important by most.
>For each people you chose, include; their name, nationality, place they were born at and places they lived at, the timeline they lived in and the reason behind their importance.
>As you are making a poster, try to include multiple pictures of the person.
>Make sure your poster is aesthetically pleasing: play with the overlay of the pictures and text you have prepared for the poster. Choose only high quality (480p+) images that are appropriate ratio for your poster shape and size.

Conclusion
After you are done with choosing which poster to present in front of the class and got individually ready for presenting, you are going to present a poster in groups in class.

Though Wikipedia is seen as a questionable website to fully get the information about a topic, it is without a doubt great at making inclusive lists and is an honorable mention due to it being available again in Turkey after several years of ban.
