Task

You will complete 4 tasks.

1. Research the five components of fitness

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition

2. Create a Public Service Announcement video explaining each component and how they relate to your total fitness level.

3. Use Flipgrid to present your PSA to the class.

4. Reply to 2 of your peers about their presentations.

2.  Create a Public Service Announcement video explaining each component and how they relate to your total fitness level. The presentation should include the following:

  • Three pictures that relate to the components.
  • The name and definition of each component.
  • The importance of each component.
  • How to improve your fitness within each component.
  • The risks to your health if any of these components are not at a healthy level.

3. Post your presentation to the class.

  • Presentation will be 2-3 minutes 

4. Reply to 2 of your peers about their presentation. Must answer these 2 questions.

  • What was the best part of this person's presentation? Be specific.
  • What is one thing you would recommend to this person to improve their presentation? Be specific.
