Introduction

Task

You will complete 4 tasks.

1. Research the five components of fitness

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition

2. Make a 3 fold brochure using a piece of paper, explaining each component and how they relate to your total fitness level.

3. Use Flipgrid to present your brochure to the class.

4. Reply to 2 of your peers about their presentation.

2. Make a 3 fold brochure for someone who doesn't know about being fit. Your brochure should be on a regular piece of paper and must include:

  • Three pictures that relate to the components. 
  • The name and definition of each component
  • The importance of each component
  • How to improve your fitness within each component

3. Use Flipgrid to present your brochure to the class.

  • Presentation will be 2-3 minutes explaining your brochure to the class.
  • Presentation must be submitted to the class to view.

  • What was the best part of this person's presentation? Be specific.
  • What is one thing you would recommend to this person to improve their presentations? Be specific.
