Task
We need 3 teams.
Each team will become an expert in a field.
TEAM 1: TERRIFIC RECIPE
TEAM 2: TERRIFIC TALE
TEAM 3: TERRIFIC SONG
Each team will have to investigate, create and teach.
Each team will evaluate other teams and will also evaluate their own work.
Process
TEAM 1: There are lots of different halloween recipes.
-Investigate about them and choose one you like.
-Create a poster/presentation/craft/... (it can be digital)
-Use the material that you have made to explain in a creative way the recipe to your classmates.
-Include:
- Title.
- Why have you chosen that recipe?
- Ingredients and supplies.
- Process
- Result
- Don't forget to show it in a creative and attractive way, with pictures or crafts or whatever you can imagine.
TEAM 2: There are lots of different halloween tales.
- Investigate about them and choose one you like.
- Create a comic/role play/ presentation... (it can be digital)
- Use the material that you have made to explain the tale in a creative way to your classmates.
- Include:
- Title
- Story
- Pictures, crafts, costumes...
- Why have you chosen that tale?
TEAM 3: There are lots of different songs related with halloween.
- Invetigate about them and choose one you like. (In English!)
- Create a poster/ presentation... (it can be digital)
- Use the material that you have made to show the song in a creative way to your classmates.
- Include:
- The lyrics and pictures about it.
- Why have you chosen that song?
- Show it in a creative way (sing it, dance it and illustrate it).
Evaluation
You'll evaluate every team.
You'll be evaluated by different teams.
You'll evaluate your own work (and your group work).
Teacher will evaluate too.
Here you can see some aspects that are really important.
Conclusion
You have to work in a team, with respect and effort.
Before you speak, think: Is it respectful? Is it nice? Is it important? Is it kind?
Ask for help if you need it!
Pay attention to other's job and learn from your classmates.
