Welcome to Composition 1 class for second quarter students! We will be learning how to identify the parts of the paragraph and also how students can write a paragraph correctly since this is something that they will put into practice in their professional work on a regular basis.

Write a 10 line paragraph can be free topic and should have your topic sentence with 3 supporting sentences and a concluding sentence.
Process
Activity 1
Students must read the paragraph and order the letters.
Activity 2
Students must write a simple, free-topic paragraph in a word document.
Evaluation
Criteria activity 1
Students will be tested on their reading skills and on correctly identifying parts of paragraphs.
Criteria activity 2
- Follow directions 30pts.
- Orthography 25pts.
- Punctuation marks 20pts.
-Coherence 25pts.
-Total: 100pts
