Introduction
This survey is comprised of 7 short questionnaires; 2 regarding your childs' ASD symptoms and behaviour, 4 regarding your general health and mental wellbeing, and 1 regarding your assessment of the information provided to you after the ASD diagnostic process. This survey should take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
