The Vietnam War was one of the most controversial wars in United States history. Much of the American public was opposed to the United States's involvment in Southeast Asia. Many people did not see a clear reason for sending thousands of young American men to die for, what seemed to be, an unnecessary cause. Today, you are going to research and learn about the importance of the Woodstock Music Festival as a part of the resistance to the Vietnam War.
