Task 1:
For Task 1 you will need to watch the following videos. Make sure that you watch them in order!

After you have watched the videos, you will then need to read The Coin Counting Book.
Task 2:
For Task 2 you will be given various amounts of money to count. Remember to use your Touch Money Points while counting!
After you have counted the various amounts of coins, you will need show how different combinations of coins equal the same amount of money. You will then write the amounts of money using a dollar sign ($) and a decimal point (.) using the handout I have provided for you.
Task 3:
Task 3 will be completed online. You will need to click on each of the links below. It is important that you do each one listed!

Task 4:
Task 4 is a writing activity. You will be given 14 word problems which you can write about in your Math Journal. Of the 14 word problems, you may choose 7 to complete. Each problem will be done in your Math Journal and you MUST show your work. To complete this task, follow the steps below.
1. Glue the word problem into your Math Journal.
2. Draw a picture of the problem.
3. Write how you solved the problem.
Task 5:
This is where you show what you have learned! If you have completed all 4 of the previous tasks, you can now apply your knowledge to Money Games!! You may choose ANY of the following games to play, but I encourage you to try them all! Have fun!
