After several years the media still is attacking the gun concept. Gun sales had grown rapidly so many people of the congress have been worried. Sales of Gunfire are so dangerous not many people can watch over it.

The Brady Act requires that background checks be conducted on individuals before a firearm may be purchased from a federally licensed dealer, manufacturer or importer, a manufacturer, unless an there are exceptions made. If there are no additional state restrictions, a firearm may be transferred to an individual upon approval by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System maintained by the FBI in all regions.
In 1981 the Brady Bill Was made by President Ronald Reagan in 1981. He had made background checks a requirement for gun purchases from licensed dealers. From the law's passage until 2009. the latest year boards are available in about 107 million Brady, which was mandated background checks.

The Brady Campaign and the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence has a long and rich history of inspired and strong leadership. It was conducted for many years and has been in effect for quite a while. When Dr. Mark Borinsky, was robbed and nearly killed at gunpoint, founded the organization in 1974 as the National Council to Control Handguns. Which was soon after named renamed Handgun Control, Inc in 1980.

Brady Handgun Control. The Brady Handgun Control let people get licences. They let people sell and also get guns with a license. WHich will let them have a gun legally and and let the document be held under the government.

iPhone of guns came out on. Then in Germany there are trying to make a smart gun weapon for sale. They had almost accomplished it. Then came out the iP1 its a smart gun. For example, it has an embedded chips that helps anyone navigate it if it has been stolen or lost.
The supreme court the justices refused to hear a challenge to a Texas law that forbids those who are 18 to 20 from carrying a concealed handgun in public. Since 1871, Texas law has prohibited individuals from carrying guns in public, the 5th Circuit said. However, the state legislature in 1995 said those who are 21 or older may obtain a license to carry a concealed weapon. Then you can have a gun.

On April 15 there was assault weapon registration. Its on effect till this very day. The reason it is in effect is because they are very dangerous. Many people had lost their loved ones because of the free to firearm.

They used facebook and instagram to crack down people with guns. After a couple of research on the page they found out who the person was. They soon cracked him down and now they use the social media to find people who do illegal things online.

Because of gunfire and bear arms many have died and apparently to a Kentucky officer. Which is Bardstown Police Chief Rick McCubbin promised to avenge his officer's death.

Nine American dead women shot and killed by their husbands and intimate partners every single week, according to many witnesses during many weeks of seeing the women be abused and tormented by many friends and husbands. Which led to great cause for the gun awareness to begin.

They are gaps in the law designed to keep guns from law enforcers and etc. They found out what gaps they are and now are trying to improve that. Soon or later they will be able to fill in the gaps between the laws

If there is a gun in the house and there is also domestic violence in the house. An argument can become a murder scene. So there are trying to inform people to with evidence to prove them wrong. Also help people stay out of harm.

-The 2nd Amendment means to have the right to bear arms. People believe that it is a Super Power. Like, for example, Gloria Browne - Marshall, the professor of the Constitutional Law. Also, many may think it is an amazing story. It can change and protect lives. Any Federal citizen may own them as well for a reasonable reason.

When was the 2 amendments rights dishonored?
It was dishonored by the horrible men who attended or was part of a bad or horrifying crime. For example, in riots or act of violence not used for self defense. Making it seem as if they want to hurt or kill any United States Citizen. In my opinion, it is also a fact that anyone who is unstable , owning a gun may be arrested for many years even till death.
- What Was the crime? and oh god really damn, also why make the law if you get arrested for owning a gun.
- The crime was taken place in Decatur Elementary school. Taking many children's lives.
It is for only unstabilized people that cannot handle a gun that is why it was made.

Yes it is possible to Ban the Gun Right. But, you must try your hardest to prevent it. Staying safe and passing the congressional Law. Keep out of Danger this will help you along the way.
