No it was not right for white people to gain education and not Negros because we are all humans and we all desearve rights
Question 2- Why did most white people did not believe that Negros is not capable to vote?
They believed that other races are not capable to do as them so they started discriminating them and made races thing over this races.
Question 3- Did the amendment was useful back then?
No it was because as I learned from the video black people needed education to be capable of voting so it was useless but not only for black people also for women so it was almost use less
Question 4- Was soley hard working person to fight for his rights?
Yes she determined that she can do it. She learned reading and writing by herself and another white person that was willing to help her out then the next time was voting time she was able to vote so yes soley was fighting her rights but in a nether way.
