Second Amendment
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Some people believe that the Amendment's phrase "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" creates an individual constitutional right for citizens of the United States.
Supreme Court has revitalized the Second Amendment. The Court continued to strengthen the Second Amendment through the 2010 decision in McDonald v. City of Chicago (08-1521). The plaintiff inMcDonald challenged the constitutionally of the Chicago handgun ban, which prohibited handgun possession by almost all private citizens. In a 5-4 decisions, the Court, citing the intentions of the framers and ratifiers of the Fourteenth Amendment, held that the Second Amendment applies to the states through the incorporation doctrine. But However, the Court did not have a majority on which clause of the Fourteenth Amendment incorporates the fundamental right to keep and bear arms for the purpose of self-defense. While Justice Alito and his supporters looked to the Due Process Clause, Justice Thomas in his concurrence stated that the Privileges and Immunities Clause should justify incorporation.
Summary : The 2th amendment is about protecting your self caring a weapon so that you will be able to care it around with no problem and for people to know that like you don’t only have it to kill .The second amendment is to protect the right of us to keep and bear firearms so meaning this amendment give us the right to have and keep all weapons with us with no problem .The second amendment was

people'’The government is trying to take the rights away from owning a gun and guns are our only weapon to show protection from people trying to physically harm you . The crimes that are happening now gave us freedom to have fire arms.

-During early American history, all males who were between the ages of sixteen to sixty were required to be a part of the local militia in their towns and communities. Almost everyone during this time used and owned guns.This means that everybody had and weapon and if you did not would have to pay a small fee instead of being able to go to the military .

We have a free state so that makes us able to carry a gun with us for protection of being robbed because there is a better chance of people who get robbed can be able to either shoot the robber or injure the robber. It would be better to injure the robber then kill him because if you kill you could be sentenced to 25 to life or they can pass it. If you injure the person you can shoot them in the leg then wait for the police to come. Self defense is the ultimate right towards fire arms can preserve life.

1.Why aren’t the U.S. citizens able to have bared weapons without the professional permit?
The U.S. citizens are not able to have bared weapons without the professional permit because they are not someone important who are control by the city to protect the government .

This weapons help are city to impact society because we can protect our government now and we can be armed so in any instant we will be prepared to protect the people we need to protect ex.)The president .
3.What made us come up with the 2nd amendment?
The memories we have in the U.S. example : some of the presidents that got shoot in the past if it was not for some reasons like this then we wouldn’t have come up with the second amendment .

So we as citizens can be able to protect our poeple inside the state and the people out of it.This is a good answer because it gave me proper language but I still think that you could have give me more details .

Because they thought that there were no use of them like using up metal and creating violence towards our people.This is a great answer because he actually gave me a good reason and in my mind that was the answer that I was thinking in my mind .

At first they did but then wars started to come in and we needed to get weapons and to use violence to solve our arguments.This good because it was true but I thinking that he could have gave me more details or and quote or example .
