The amendment states “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. “


Amendment 4 states that unreasonable searches should not be happening for any reason or any type without a warrant.

1. The scars of stop and frisk is that you can be arrested because of your race. For example, the young man in the video got arrested for being accused of graffiti but the paint was black and he had a pink highlighter in his pocket.

2. To stop stop and frisk we can protest against it to save people from getting arrested without a cause.

3. They take in the young man that was accused of doing graffiti.

4. We can stop it by protesting together and making sure that people could let a change happen.

5. The story of the young man is that he got arrested more than 60 times because they accused him of doing graffiti so he wants a change to happen. He talks to his teachers and tells them the story of what has been happening to him. One of the teachers relate to what happened to Tyquan to themselves because they also feel that they don't agree to what has been happening to himself and African American or Latino.
