Introduction

              3rd Amendment

        No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

  1. 1.    Soldiers should be In people’s houses without permission
  2. 2.    Soldiers need to respect other people’s houses and items
  3. 3.    Only the owner should tell soldiers if they can quart in their home. It’s not the soldiers choice.
