This is a story of a man who was violated from his space because he was being watched.

This shows another story of a couple whose house were broked in by cops which violates the 4th Amendment.
This shows how NSA violates people’s rights because they were spying on a lot of people because they were searching for terrorists and had gone too far.
This shows another kid in Utah who was violated from his rights because police said that the sketches written in his book bag had a gang sign but the parents said that they bought that at a store. Either way a teen shouldn’t be treated like that without permission.

Performance task #4
-
Why do you think the main targets are Latinos and Black’s?
Answer: The main targets are Blacks and Latinos because the police’s stop and Frisks are based on racism. Blacks and Latinos are different from white people so the police target them the most.
I agree because in the video it states that Blacks and Latinos are targeted the most.
-
Is this fair to Latino’s and Black’s?
Answer: No, I do not believe this is fair to Blacks and Latinos because the only reason they are being frisked is because of their race. Even though most of them are innocent, they are still being frisked.
I agree because the guy in the video was innocent and frisked because he was only Black.
-
Do you think things might change in the future? Why?
Answer: Yes because recently, a new law has disapproved stop and frisked. It will stop and frisk.
I agree because last year stop and frisk was stopped.
-
What are the expectations for a Latino or Black to get arrested?
Answer: 9 out of ten black and Latino get arrested every day because of their race.
This is true because it says the same thing in the video.
-
Who do you think is the least type of race getting frisked?
Answer: I believe the whites will be the least type of race getting frisked because the whites support the white people and most of the police officers are white officers.
Well I agree and disagree because whites also live in nyc but it doesn’t mean it could be specifically them, however they hold a big portion of the population so it might be them.
