Amendment#1
Amendment#1: congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise there of or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
My definition:
Freedom of speech, freedom of religion .An example back in the days they were a lot of immigrants that came to the U.S because their country would not let them in any religion they want. They had to be in some specific religion.
Key Ideas: Burning flags because you couldn’t wave the flag of your country. Another one is World War 2 the Nazis destroying the Jewish population. For example in some countries they have to be in a specific religion. They could not be in any religion they want.
